If you are using MIUI, make sure the "Display pop-up while in background" permission is granted. You can find this by opening Tile Shortcuts in the app list in the Settings app.

If the tiles still do not show in your quick settings panel,
this is because your device manufacturer has not included the functionality. This is not an issue with the app.
Just create your tiles and they will show up in Bottom Quick Settings / MIUI-ify.

Unfortunately Android places a delay apps like this when opening other apps. This cannot be fixed.
For some reason Google hasn't synced your purchase yet.

Tiles added to the quick settings panel are automatically shaded to a single color by Android. Therefore, all colors are lost. This is why this app creates an outline of icons so that you can still recognise the app from the icon shape without color.
